SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION
II.1.1) Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority:
Woodchip based bio-energy central, electric mechanical installations.
II.1.2) Type of contract and location of works, place of delivery or of
performance: Works.
Design and execution.
Main site or location of works: Vestby Municipality, Norway.
II.1.3) The notice involves: A public contract.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Complete
enterprise for all electric mechanical equipment in a bio-energy central
with limited woodchip storage (excl. the buildings).
Dimentional effect will be approx. 32 MW chopped woodchips as the base
load. Peak load/"back up" load is expected to be gas and some electric
power based on power that can be disconnected.
The entrepreneur will be in charge of the solution from the principle for
woodchip silo, input system, kettles with assistive aid, control system
etc. as well as training, installation and start-up of the installation.
This notice comprises the pre-qualification of tenderers, with an aim to
enter into a co-operation with one or two suppliers for the development
project work phase. Thereafter, the awarding authority will enter into a
supply contract with the tenderer that is awarded the contract.
