Services include provision of bins, collection, transportation, treatment,

electrical waste streams.
There will be a strong emphasis on assisting with implementation of waste
segregation to support recycling and reprocessing.

use a reverse auction. The selected supplier(s) will be expected to supply
services from within their offer as required by the contracting authority.
From time to time, the range of services will need to be modified, and
there may be future requirements for additional services to be included as
part of the contract. The contract is for the benefit of other NHS bodies
participating in the re:source procurement hub, and any other non-NHS
bodies which the participants deem necessary for the delivery of services
or goods to NHS bodies, local authorities, other government departments or
non-departmental public bodies charged with the delivery of healthcare or
health related services. Suppliers should note that this OJEU notice is
not an intention to create any legal relations with interested bidders.
Hence the contracting authority and other parties who express an interest
in joining this advertisement in order to select a potential supplier
preclude themselves from any liability suppliers may incur should the
individual Trusts decide not to proceed with the tendering process.
