The Center For Ecological Research And Forestry Applications (Creaf, Hereinafter) Is A Consortium With Its Own Legal Personality, In Accordance With Its Statutes. It Also Has The Nature Of Being Awarded In The Sense Of Article 3.3 Letter B) Of The Lcsp. The Creaf, Given Its Legal Nature, Is Subject To Audit Within The Framework Of The Provisions Of Article 71 Of The Revised Text Of Dl 3/2002, Of December 24, Public Finance Of Catalonia, Which Provides That The Audits Will Be Performed By The General Intervention, Either With Own Means Or Through External Auditors.
