   1. Capacity to have a minimum cash flow amount equivalent to Euro four (€ 4) million, with an average annual construction turnover equivalent to Euro fifteen (€ 15) million within the last five (5) years;

2. General construction experience of the Applicant and of all JV partners in case of JV for at least ten (10) years, starting 1st January 2012;

3. Specific construction experience of the Applicant and of the JV partners in case of JV, of at least two (2) contracts each with a value of at least Euro twenty (€ 20) million, similar in nature to the proposed e & m equipment works, of which one (1) contract shall have been satisfactorily and substantially completed outside of the Applicant’s home country.

4. International ESHS Certification and capacity for implementation of Environmental and Social and Health & Safety Management Aspects related to Projects of significant ESHS Impact. Valid ISO certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001:2014 and OSHAS 18001/ISO 45001) or internationally recognized equivalent.
