notice_summary_english: The subject of the contract is the provision of laundry services together with the lease of bed linen for the needs of the Provincial Hospital in Kielce, i.e.:
a) provision of comprehensive laundry services in the scope of washing and disinfection, drying and processing: ironing, mangling, repairing, (optionally sterilization) of flat hospital linen, bed linen, surgical linen, surgical and custom-made clothing owned by the Contractor and custom-made work clothing, mattresses and other assortments owned by the Ordering Party as well as patient clothing (pyjamas, dressing gown, shirt, diapers) hereinafter referred to as "linen", in a thermal-chemical process with pre-disinfection in the case of linen contaminated to any degree and contaminated with biological material, carried out in the Contractor's washing machines,
b) assortment packaging for wards/clinics/organizational units after the washing process,
c) disinfection of bed mattresses in disinfection chambers at a temperature of min. 75 0C to max. 120 0 C,
d) transport at the Contractor's own expense and at the Contractor's expense of dirty linen and mattresses for disinfection from the Ordering Party's premises to the Contractor's premises and clean linen and mattresses after disinfection from the Contractor's premises to the Ordering Party's premises,
e) implementation of an RFID UHF system or equivalent enabling the identification and recording of hospital linen sent for washing from individual wards, enabling non-contact counting of surgical and contaminated linen,
f) taking over, on the basis of art. 23¹ of the Act of 26 June 1974 - the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended) of employees employed by TOM-MARG ZPCH Sp. z o.o., ul. Płk. St. Dąbka 16, 30-732 Kraków when performing the service in question (list of employees to be taken over – appendix no. 8 to SWZ
g) lease of premises from the Ordering Party in order to organize a sorting, distribution and storage poin
