Zusammenfassung

       

notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the implementation in a continuous system, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays:
a) preparation and distribution of meals for patients of the Provincial Hospital in Kielce, ul. Grunwaldzka 45, together with running a buffet at the Provincial Hospital in Kielce, ul. Grunwaldzka 45 in Kielce,
b) preparation, delivery, distribution and serving of all-day meals for patients of the Neurology Clinic - ul. Grunwaldzka 45,
c) preparation, delivery, distribution and serving of all-day meals for patients of the Pediatric Clinics and Wards of the Provincial Hospital in Kielce located in the pediatric pavilion at ul. Grunwaldzka 45,
d) preparation, delivery, distribution and serving of all-day meals for patients of the 2nd Pediatric Clinic: at ul. Artwińskiego 3a (Pavilion G),
e) provision of catering services for employees, visitors in rented premises of the catering buffet on commercial terms for the customer's payment,
f) lease of premises from the Ordering Party together with their equipment necessary for the proper performance of the service,
g) takeover on the basis of art. 23" of the Act of 26 June 1974 - the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended) of 63 employees, i.e. all employees employed by Impel Catering Sp. z o.o., ul. Ślężna 118, 53-111 Wrocław in the performance of the service in question, who are in an employment relationship on the day of takeover (the list of employees to be taken over constitutes Annex No. 11 to the SWZ).
A detailed description of the subject of the order for PART 1 is included in Appendix No. 4a to SWZ, Appendix No. 5a to SWZ - List of diets with a description for PART 1 and Appendix No. 6 to SWZ - List and characteristics of diets and offer form - Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.

Information on the principles of renting premises and payment and remuneration for the services provided is included in Appendix No. 2a to SWZ - model lease agreement for catering premises for PART
